I hope that the thing which you are presenting are not at all islamic .women in Islaam are not allowed to show their beauty except to their mehram leave aside walking on the ramp.
There is a hadith that prophet has cursed those ladies who get their eyebrows trimmed.
In Islam we do not sell our mothers sisters wives and daugthers so this concept of ladies having fashion show itself is not allowed.
May Allah guide us All to straight path.
